REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Important Notice Regarding Refund Policy:

At Emberatours, we take our refund policy seriously and want to ensure that our guests are fully informed of our terms and conditions. Please carefully read the following guidelines regarding refunds:

REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WHEN: • Emberatours will provide a full refund of deposit amounts when a guest cancels their booking more than 48 hours prior to departure

• If Emberatours cancels a guest’s trip or if weather conditions make it unsafe to travel to the islands, a full refund will be provided. Please note that tours can only be rescheduled or canceled in case of emergency weather conditions, which involve the closure of the competent authorities. The client can decide whether to change the date or request a full refund.

• During the reimbursement phase, Emberatours reserves the right to charge the customer the commissions due to bank transfers and other payment methods (credit or debit card).

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN WHEN: • Cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice or in the case of a no-show. It is not possible to reschedule, and a 100% penalty will be applied.

If a deposit has been paid, we will not refund the amount paid.

• If a reservation is made within the previous 48 hours before the tour, and the guest wants to cancel, the deposit paid will be lost.

• When guests choose to leave the islands earlier than scheduled, we will try to arrange for an earlier departure time, but refunds will not be given.

• If guests choose not to take part in a tour that has already been purchased.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept tour rescheduling related to weather conditions. Our tours are guaranteed to operate in any weather conditions, rain or shine.

• If guests are not at the stated pickup location on time and miss their departure, we will only retain the deposit amount (which is paid to the driver and the island) and will help arrange another pickup for the guest. A new deposit will be required.

TOUR CHANGES:

At Emberatours, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing you to change the date of your tour. You may change the tour date up to 48 hours before the start by contacting our number. If there are spots available, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that some rescheduling may be subject to modification costs, particularly in relation to the cost of the tour already booked. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information regarding these costs.
